Bartolomeu Dias, Inventors Route from Europe to the Cape of Good Hope   He was a navigator of Portuguese open lines by sea from Europe to the Cape of Good Hope at the southern tip of the African continent in 1488. His adventures in finding a trade route linking Europe and Asia will be forwarded and evidenced by Vasco da Gama. Bartolomeu Dias was a knight royal palace, served as head of the royal warehouse keeper and is expert sailing from Saint Christopher army. No one knows for sure about the origin Dias as a child. History only records when he was appointed by the King John II of Portugal as the head of the expedition to sail around the tip of South Africa (Tnjung Hope) with the hope to find a new trade route to Asia on 10th Oct ober 1486. ​​He was born around 1450 and died in 1500.   Information about the cruise Dias is not much available.
